I called sears carpet cleaning and when they arrived 1 hour late it only took them 15 min. To clean 3 rooms. My carpet wasnot even dirty but i wanted them freshened up for spring. When they left the carpet was soaked and spots all over that was not there before. It took 3 days to dry. I told the technician before he left that it was very wet and spotted and he told me the spots would go away whwn it dryed. As you know they didnt. I could not get no customer service at the 1-800-4my-home number they kept saying they would have someone call me back. That never happened so the next day it was still soaked and dirty so i called another carpet cleaning company in town (guarantee system) at 800-655-3403 and they came out and cleaned my carpets again and they looked like new and only damp. I explained what had happened with sears and the owner even gave me 1/2 off the cleaning. Now thats customer service. Getting 1/2 off and they didnt even do the damage, they fixed it. Guarantee system highly recomended. Great company!!
