Comidthecs debited my checking account for $31.98 without my authorization for identity theft protection Idthecs Internet

I saw a charge on my checking account statement for $31.98 from idthecs. I had no idea what is was. I looked it up online, found the phone# and called them. I was told that I applied for a payday loan and was denied, so I was offered this identity theft protection and authorized $31.98 to be debited from my checking account each month! Imagine the company that is ripping everyone off is charging us for identity theft protection. I called several times, talked to supervisors and have not have any luck getting reimbursed $31.98. I was however able to cancel my subscription, or so they say. I will being calling my bank to make sure that they don't continue to debit my account. I will be contacting the better buisness bureau. I intend to be persistent with this and report it to anyone who will listen
