Tavos Theft Protect Took money from checking account without permission, Refused to refund money, Overdrew account and refused to pay overdraft fees

I was thinking about applying for a payday loan and checked out many payday loan places. Looking for the one that I thought would be the cheapest and easiest to pay back. I was offered loans from many places. I chose to take a loan from 500 Fast Cash. I am not sure if Tavos ID Protect (ID Theft Protect) got my information from 500 Fast Cash or if it came from one of the other loan apps that I filled out. I filled out my application for my loan on 10/26/09 early in the morning. Making it to where the money would not be deposited into my account until 10/28/09. On 10/27/09 I called my bank to see if maybe the money had been deposited early. It had not but my account was overdrawn $61.01. I called the bank to see why and they said that $33.98 had been withdrawn by the drafting of a check. I knew that I had not written any checks. Plus, I knew that I didn't have the money in my account, that's why I was doing the payday loan in the first place.
I got what information that the bank could give me (what they had on the check) which was not my check, it was one that ID Theft Protect had made and sent to my bank. I called the 800# and was told I had to go to a website to get a refund. I did and was told that it would be 72 hours before they could investigate and check into it. I finally got back in touch with them on 11/06/09 and was told that they do not pay overdraft fees and that I could not get a refund because it was not an error on their part it was a user error! Now all of this is being done online talking to a online chat representative. So, I am not only very upset but, I am out the money that they took out without my permission and the overdraft fees. I started to look around on the internet and found that I am not the only one that this has happened to. There are alot of people that they have done this to and are still doing this to. These people need to be stopped. They are taking money that people do not have in the first place or they would not be trying to get a payday loan. And they are doing it without permission from the person. Most of the people, like me, did not even realize that their information was given to them. Let alone giving them permission to take the money when they do not have it.
