This company is a scam from start to finish. Won't pay my claims. First they put you on hold forever, hoping you will hang up and when you finally get through, they tell you they don't have service in your area. You have to find someone, pay them and supposedly they will reimburse you. NOT!!! Then when you call, you wait again and they tell you the check is in the mail. It's been months and I still haven't been paid for two claims.
Another claim they find a loophole. They are not going to pay period. They take your money and run.
Someone needs to start a class action suit against this company to put them out of business. It is ridiculous that a company can get by with this.
Realtors, homeowners, do not use this service!!!
