This company is a scam. I ordered $187 worth of bridesmaids merchandise and here is what transpired after my seemingly simple Internet order: 1. They double charged my bank account. I contacted them (via live text because no one EVER answers the phone) and was told that they would refund one of the transactions. They sent me a "refund confirmation" email and told me I'd have the money back in 2 days. That's easy enough, right? Wrong! They never refunded my money. I personally went to Bank of America and was told that no such transaction had taken place.
I contacted the company again and they said there was nothing they could do because they already refunded me the money. After it became evident that they were not going to accommodate me, I was forced to file a back charge with my bank. 2. I ordered my products via 3 day express mail. After about 10 days of not receiving my product I contacted the company (via live chat of course) and was told that actually they had limited stock on one of my products and I'd have to wait.
I never received any correspondence notifying me that me orders was going to be delayed. 3. One month after my order I FINALLY receive my package. I eagerly open it only to find that everything was WRONG! Nothing had been personalized and things were different colors than I had ordered. I contacted the company again. I live chatted with the same man named Carlos every time, who told me to just keep whatever I wanted but they were gonna refund me my money anyway. Except, guess what? That money was also never returned to my account. I had to file yet another back charge with my bank.
This company is a complete joke. Do not purchase anything from their website.
