I placed an order on March 8 for gifts for my bridesmaids. The funds were deducted from my bank account the same day the order was placed. I received a confirmation email with a link to click on to view the status of my order. Today, March 27, when I clicked on the link it took me to a page that showed what I had ordered but with no status. I attempted to reach the business via telephone and only received a recording. I attempted a live chat with someone named Carlos. He told me that there was some sort of hold up with a third party that was doing the personalization. He did not have any straight answers. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said that he was the manager. I asked if he could have someone actually call me on the phone and he said that he would call me in an hour or so. I told him that I am beginning to feel like I got scammed, since there was no way to speak to a live person. He got defensive and said that he has tried to help me. I then did some research and found that almost the exact same situation. At this point Carlos told me that he now has no choice but to cancel my order and issue me a refund because they cannot full fill the order.

I feel like I have been scammed and hope the refund actually comes thru.
