I had ordered a bracelet for $9.00. I had the $9.00 deducted from my account and then there was another charge for $68.00. I called them immediately and had my order canceled.
They first told me that because it was an order cancellation it would be refunded back to my account within 4 days. After the 4 days passed and there was no refund I called them back.
They told me that the order was never sent as a refund and that they would have to refund it to me and would take 14 days for it to process back to my account.
After the 14 days there was no refund to my account so I called back. They asked me how much it was for my refund and told me they had the wrong amount and that they would have to request for a refund again and I would have to wait the 14 days again and it will be back to my account.
After the 14 more days I did not receive nothing back to my account and called them back once again. This time I spoke to a man that was very snotty and told me that I will have to wait 2 more months because that is their policy. I told him of the previous calls I made and what I was told. He then told me "Well ma'am all I can say is that we do not record our conversations and nor you or I can prove that now can we".
To this day I have never received any money back or any products for the money they took from me. The first time I called was back in April of and it is now the end of September (5 months!!!).
Total Loss $77.00...
