I will start by saying that I ordered from Impressive Personalization on March 24th. I ordered 166.01 worth of products and was charged immediately.

After about three weeks I contacted the company because I hadn't received my products yet. I was told that the items were placed on "back order" and that they would ship in two weeks. I talked to a man named Carlos on the virtual chat on the website.

I copied the chat and waited for the two week mark. When I once again didn't receive a shipment notification I emailed the company again stating that I would contact an attorney or the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive a refund or my products by Friday (it was a Wednesday).

I got a response rather quickly stating that they would "rush" ship my order to me on Monday. Well, needless to say Monday came and I still hadn't received a shipment notice. I emailed the company once more stating I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted my money back or I would contact BOTH the BBB and an attorney.

I received an email about an hour later stating that my order had been canceled, but it would take between forty-eight hours and seventy two hours for my bank account to be credited. I have yet to receive the refund and probably won't. I just wanted to let others know that this company is a scam!
