I logged on my bank account to check to see if my payment to a credit card had cleared. Not only had it cleared but my account was overdrawn because I had a charge from mallofaction.com for $9.70. I googled the company website and tried to contact them literally 20 times and kept receiving a message that said no one was available call back later or email them, they usually will respond within 24 hours (I am sure they do, wink, wink). Finally they answered, "Alan" was very rude and said that I ordered the fishing lures and he even gave me my name and address and said I must have placed the order. I told him I wanted my money refunded immediately and also told him they caused my account to be overdrawn. He said it wasn't his problem I had to take that up with my bank and shouldn't be placing orders if I don't have the funds in my account and that my money would be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. I contacted my bank and they are going to refund the overdraft fee!!!
