Bought 09/30 Laguna Bay Lynx spa. Drop-shipped appeared on m day approximately March 11. Quit working heart of Jan. We've had difficulty obtaining the organization to reply the tech-support or obtaining them to plan a fix.
The technician did emerge on February 16, questioned what is wrong withit requested a heater. The heater came, no respose in the technician or even the organization. I called again it required two times to get hold of the organization, they stated the technician had spoken in my experience not true. He named about 14 days previously stated he'd contact and schedue the fix nothing to-date.
I've approached my charge card organization for charge-back.
