Purchased a product LBATH 6502 on 04/02. Longevity Global Inc never shipped the products but sent me an email thru Amazon they shipped and would arrive 04/11. On 04/11 nothing arrived contacted Longevity Global Inc and was told OUT OF STOCK pick something else. I paid additional $130.51 for another similar product. 04/17 Again nothing arrived product never shipped was told OUT OF STOCK pick something else. 04/21 Has it shipped??? No answer from Longevity or email returned. Products arrive perfectly packaged no flaws to the packaging. 06/06 my building contractor sent me pictures of product defect on top of sink. 06/06 contacted Logevity Global. No answer, called and spoke with Nadine (CS Rep) she said her manager, Simon Katz, said "not a good business decision" to correct the problem with his products. I had to contact Amazon to resolve. Will provide an update.
