I purchased a washer and dryer on 20 October. Neither worked properly, the business was contacted and a voice mail was left on 20 October. The manager was called daily and promised to send the repairman to either repair or replace both washer and dryer. The repairman finally showed up on the 26th after I returned to the business in person and complained. The repairman was able to restore the dryer to an acceptable working condition, not the washer. The washer was switched for another raggedy and defective washer on 27 October. The business refuses to answer my calls (caller id).
