This guys overcharged us for our diagnostic visit over quoted price, brought the wrong parts when they showed up a week later, and then bumped us for the third trip for an office meeting! They knew that the third trip was scheduled for the absolute last day I had for the repair and the repairman said, "yeah-everybody thinks they can call us a week before their party and get stuff fixed." (this was 3 weeks after I called them-still no repair). On the Monday that I was bumped to (today), I spent the entire day waiting on them-with no show. When I called to asked where the repairman was, the dispatch said he was still busy, no offer of another repairman-no attempt at a solution! Don't waste your time and money with these unprofessional and rude people.
