Even if Norvergence liquidates in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, the questionable practices of the company, of the company's executives and, of the consultants should be investigated. Hopefully the Federal Communications Commission, and, other federal, state and city government agencies will keep a situation like this from happening again.
To start, here are the telephone numbers to two individuals at the Federal Communications Commission who are familiar with Norvergence, Inc.
(Info redacted as per request of the FCC see below info from the FCC)
If you are a former Norvergence employee, you may want to tell them what you know about questionable (or out-right fraudulent) decisions made by the company's executives and consultants. You may want to name the executives and the consultants. You may want to send the FCC your scripts.
If you are a customer, you may want to tell them the following: how you were approached, how you were pitched, what you understood, and what you received. (You may also want to contact Dan Baldwin of www.TelecomAgent.org at 909-245-6877)
Hopefully others will post the names and telephone numbers of other federal, state and city government agencies that may want to look into this matter.
