NorVergence specifically targeted Southern California Businesses with excellent credit ratings. Then they fraudulantly promised numerous services from which they had no intention to deliver on.
We never even received all the equipment that we're being charged for by the leasing company. They've been contacted on numerous occassions, and simply state that we signed the Norvergence agreement, whether we have the equipment or not, and that if we don't pay, they'll sue our company, ruin our credit etc. Norvergence is bankrupt, but the leasing company (sterling bank) doesn't care. They still want their blood money. How could they not have investigated this company before handing them millions of dollars up front for these leases???
Business people in california who have been ripped-off by norvergence need to contact the state attorney generals office.
Norvergence can not be another "enron" where innocent california people loose millions of dollars because of fraudulant business practices.
