On Sunday, I went to pick a prescrition at CVS at 3951 W. 103rd st. Chicago, Ill. They told me my doctor did not call in the refill. I was suspecious because this was the fourth time I was told this same thing. My doctor's officer assured me each time that they had multiple times sent the fax and e-precribe. On Monday, I called my doctor and the told me they faxed it twice and e-precribed it once. I spoke to the Manager on Monday and was told again my doctor never sent it in to CVS. This was the first time I complained about the situation. Not one time was I offered a way from them to correct it-never said they would call my doctor, never apologized. I called my insurance and transferred to Walgreens. I was sick of dealing with the incompetency. There is obviously something wrong if it happened to be so many times. My doctor told me they had a patient with the same problem with the same pharmacy and he also switched.
