Cingular wireless has repeatedly overbilled me. Last month my bill exceeded $2,400!! Customer service seems to be a joke. It took them over 2 weeks to resolve this issuue, meanwhile, I was occuring late fees and had to take my payment to a biling center instead of mailing it.
