I purchased a camcorder bundle on Oct 27 and received it on Nov 13. It was not the colour I thought I had ordered, so I returned it completely and totally unopened on Nov 14. I received a notice from them that they had it and would be processing the refund on Nov 25. Then 3 months later, I got a call that they didn't know where the camcorder was. They said they received it on Dec 19, when my track number clearly shows it was received on Nov 19 and signed for on Nov 22. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years now. I have spent a great deal of money with TSC. Even though you are allowed to open and try and then return, I have never returned an item that I've opened. I have returned many items in the past 15 years and I have never had an item go missing but this seems to be happening more and more as I read on their facebook wall. It's 3 months later and I am still waiting for my refund. Things have changed at TSC, sadly, and their customer service seems to get worse every day. I've always trusted them to do their job and issue a refund and to have them do this to me is extremely upsetting. I refuse to pay for a camcorder so that someone at TSC can enjoy it for free.
