After over 15 years dealing with the Shopping Channel I have begin to butt heads with their customer service people. I had ordered an item back in December and decided to return it not realizing that it was a clearance item. Apparently they will not refund your money if it is a clearance item but will return it at your expense. The show hosts don't even mention this during their sales events.
Needless to say after four months I am still waiting to receive my item. I have been in contact twith their customer service department hrough email and was told that it would be shipped within two weeks. Well two weeks have come and gone and when I contacted them again was sent a very abrupt email saying they will ship it when they can. Meanwhile I am still paying for this item and I don't even have.
The moral of the story is I am not going to shop with them any more. Their loss since I have ordered many items through the years.
