This is a business complaint on Delphax Sdn Bhd located in Malaysia. They are a company offering medical products and services. Our company did business with them for an order amounting to over $10,000.00 US dollars and have NEVER been paid despite numerous emails and letters notifying them of their status as delinquent in payment.
It has been over a year and we have not seen a cent nor heard any response back from any of our communications other than an email claiming they would look into payment. I would like to warn other companies of our bad experience and notify them of the likelihood that this may happen to them too.
Since Delphax Sdn Bhd is an international company I cannot submit a complaint through the Better Business Bureau but feel it is my duty to protect other people's interests and let them know this company has bad business ethics.
