Sent my camcorder to Hal Newton of Action Camera and Camcorder Repair, was told replacement parts were on back order. Requested that camcorder be sent back to me and to cancel repair. Spoke to Mr Newton on a few occasions by phone and had a few answered emails that camcorder would be returned immediately. Never received camcorder back. Then all communication ceased despite repeatedly leaving messages, emails and a written letter. It's been 3 months still no camcorder and haven't heard from anyone.
