I am being charged for the phone I returned. I a being charged $250 for my stolen phone and T-mobile knows where the phone is. And they are binding me to another two year contract for that phone which will cost me another $250 to get out of this new contract. So T-mobile wants $500 from me and they still are getting money from someone using my stolen phone. I returned a new phone with T-mobile. They claimed they did not receive the phone. I used United States Postal Service with a tracking number. But T-mobile knows where the phone is because they are providing service to someone with a stolen phone. They told me they tracked the phone, and its being used by someone. A manager was supposed to call me back they never did.
