Ingrid was the person I spoke regarding my order n refund she was more then helpful and great at trying to keep this quite cause the items are my husbands Christmas presents she always made sure that she was knew or went to find out about the answer to my questions. I'm glad she did that you don't find many ppl in customer services that do that or call back like they promised she did everything that she said she would
