I have now made 2 separate orders from sportsmemorabilia.com. The first one I did on my own after browsing the internet. I ordered 2 framed autographed photos before Christmas and received them in 5 days (and they looked great)! Right after I placed my order, I received an email offering me 10% off my next order from Roger. More recently, I received an email from Joe (VIP sales manager) offering to help me if I wanted to make another order— it wasn't pushy at all. My boyfriend loved the 2 photos I got him for Christmas so I decided to get him another one for his collection for his upcoming birthday. Joe provided me with both his mobile and office numbers so that I could call at a time that was convenient for me. I spoke to Joe on the phone and within 10 minutes placed my next order. Not only did he honor the 10% off from Roger, but he gave me an additional $15 off. I will definitely be a long-time customer for sportsmemorabilia.com!
