After calling to complain about poor customer service because the gift I ordered did not arrive on time, even though I paid for rush shipping, I had the great fortune of being assisted by Ingrid. While in the end, Ingrid could not fulfill my order, she did take ownership of my issue and consistently followed up to provide me with status.
