The customer service rep - Robert K. - was outstanding. Robert tracked down an item in their warehouse and coordinated it's overnight shipment. Truly service not expected nor often seen in this day. He is to be commended. What made this particularily special is the back story. The item is a picture of Eisenhower talking to the men of the 101st the afternoon before D-day in WWII. One of the men (perhaps several) in the photo is (are) still living. My son - a soldier - was part of an honor guard meeting with the veteran at his nursing home. The 90 y/o retired 1SG signed the prints for my son and dictated a narrative of that day that was transcribed to go with the photo. Job well done Robert!!!
