I went into Framing and Art Center also known as U-Frame-It onDec. 18. I was there to get a sports jersy framed. I was met by a rude saleswoman. She was unable to find the frame sample she was looking for and got really mad. I offered to help, she got madder. Then she bought out a binder to estimate a price. She gave me three prices. Expensive, more expensive and really expensive. When I said the price was twice as much as I thought it should be, she freaked-out. She started screaming and yelling at me. I told her I didn't need this and I was leaving.
When I got to the door, I was grabbed from behind by a hulk. He slammed me into the door and continued to shake me, the entire time screaming at me that I had better not talk to his wife that way. He said he was going to knock my teeth out, he was going to take my outside and beat me to death. He went on and on, he was going to kill me. Lucky for me a guy came into the store at the time. I think he was the owner. He told the hulk to cool-it. After much convincing he finally let me go.
Thank God for this guy stepping in and helping me or I'd be dead.
I reported the incident to the police and am presently waiting for charges to be pressed.
Don't shop at this store the sales staff is rude and ignorant and you might get assaulted.
