Failure to deliver product

On December 8 I bought and employed a LivingSocial voucher for 2 images from ImageCanvas.

I finally received one order in early January, but up to now (1/24,47 times later) I've not yet obtained the 2nd purchase. There's no ETA on the ImageCanvas website and my email questions have gone unanswered.
