Christmas Flowers not delivered on date promised. Numerous emails and telephone calls to customer service prior to Christmas. The same robot email response received but no resolution or additional information to the question, "Where are the flowers?". Eight days after Christmas, they finally sent email offering to send the flowers at full cost. When questioned, "What if this was a funeral order? Would they send flowers eight days later?" The answer was "Yes, to the house not the funeral home."
