Never use this flower service again!
Casket flowers which were supposed to be delivered for a funeral did not turn up.
The order was made three days before the event. They had promised to deliver the flowers the day before the funeral to my residential home. They didn't come and they didnt pick up my phone calls.
I called up morning of the funeral day and the operator said that they had emailed me the previous afternoon saying the flower colour was not available and for me to choose an alternative... I NEVER RECEIVED THIS EMAIL.
The operator than promised me that the flowers would be delivered straight to the chapel before the funeral began. This never happened. I was calling them 10 minutes before the funeral and all they said was that the flowers had been cancelled...
Cancelled by them because i sure did not cancel the flowers!
To everyone out there please do not use this company for your flower deliveries any more.
