The florist assigned to deliver two different floral arrangements did not deliver the flowers on the day of the funeral or the following day as promised. Numerous excuses were given and still nothing has happened. The customer service reps for FTD.com were all apologetic but were unable to resolve the problem. The supervisor had promised to call the following day to confirm the delivery and of course there was no call and no delivery. Just under $400 and three days of wait and no flowers.
