Never again! Stay away! Buyers beware!
I ordered for a funeral service on the behalf of our employees and the flowers were never delivered! Worse again, I received a confirmation email that the flowers were indeed delivered. It was not until a family member of the deist informed me that they received no flowers. I then had to call Bloomex and tell them it wasn't delivered. They had all the excuses in the world, the representative was extremely rude and refused to accommodate me or cancel my order. They offered to resend my order the following day or should I cancel they would charge me 25.00 fee! I calmed down and agree to have them resent my order. The following day, I once again did not receive flowers, they called me to let me know they ran out of the flowers and it would take an additional TWO days before it could be resent! The flowers were for a funeral, I was so sick at that point I asked for my money back and they still refused. I will be file a claim with the Better Business Bureau as I have never done business with a company that has such poor customer service, rob you for your money and have no shame in doing it even if its for someone who is desist! Never again, stay away!
