I was severely disappointed with the management at the Pensacola location. The General Manager in particular seems to think that running a store is a nonchalant business. This store is constantly short on supplies, and rarely ever has the supplies necessary to fulfill the customer's expectations simply from what is blatantly advertised! Also the shift leaders are very laid back and seem inadequately trained in their positions! They do not take their jobs seriously it seems, and they certainly do not feel that keeping the customer happy is their sole priority. This of course probably results in the lack of concern shown by their General Manager. The assistant manager Megan however is an angel, and if you want anything done right it is her you should ask for. She is amazing. Without her I would say the store should be closed down altogether.
