It's no secret, I love Dunkin Donuts. They have the best coffee hands down. Well, the "new" Dunkin Donuts in our town is a disgrace. It has been several months now with no improvement. I honestly have never had a donut from this store but the coffee, tea, wraps and sandwiches have never been good. I keep giving them a chance in hopes the next time will be better but no. I know it's not a Dunkin Donuts issue because I have been to plenty around the country that are tasty. Maybe it's the rude, incompetent stuff. Maybe management doesn't know what they are doing. Either way, this place is disgusting and needs to start over and try again. Even the staff at McDonald's can make a coffee drink. The last 2 frozen coffees from this Dunkin Donuts weren't even drinkable. I would have went in to complain but I'd rather just lose my money then deal with those people in there. To the store: I'm done giving you chances. If this town gets a Starbucks, your store is done for. SO glad we are moving.
