I moved here recently for training and have loved Dunkin Donuts everywhere else I have been. This particular location is one of the worst ran businesses I have ever seen and does discredit to your name.
Issues:
- Drive through takes forever with no one else in line. They are unable to give you the total prior to pulling up and always have to ask you what you ordered a second time upon pulling up to the window.
- 9 times out of 10 the orders are made incorrectly or missing ingredients like sugar.
- I tried going inside due to the long wait of the drive through and found it to be even worse. I was the only person in line and waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Once I received my order it was a size to small.
It is as if they are playing pretend at running a store rather than running a legitimate business franchise.
I am not sure if there are certain regulations that require to be fulfilled by a franchise manager but I assure you this particular one is following none of them.
