This store has big issues... Firstly it has been managed poorly by the current manager... I come to this Dunkin everyday... But whenever I come and get my coffee and as many time this manager has prepared my coffee it has always been terrible... There is more screaming going at the back of the counter than customer attention... Employees are on their cell phones all the time... No matter what time of the day you go in... The place is kept dirty... If I was the owner I would have fired the management and handled things myself... I am planning to change my ways to go to this Dunkin any longer... And would not suggest anyone whom I know to go there as well...
