My girl and I went to Dunkin Donuts on Pine St in Ocala Florida to get a dozen donuts. We both like the filled donuts, so we got a dozen supposedly filled donuts to take home. Upon getting home we brewed a pot of coffee to have our donuts. We both bit into our donuts to fine little to no filling in them. We then checked the others to find them the same way. We took the donuts back to the store, and spoke to the team leader. He said they where having a problem with the filled donuts. We weren't the only customers this has happened too. He asked us if we would like to have the dozen replaced or have a refund, we took the refund. The next day we called the store to speak to the manager about this issue, and found out that the manager didn't know anything about this issue.
It really ticks me off, since this store is on the other side of town and is a bit of a drive to get there. The store manage seemed to be unconcerned with the issue in the store.
I would not go back to Dunkin Donuts for anything again, I can get better donuts from Walmart at a better price, and it isn't that much further to drive.
