Switched my phone number after charging me on auto re-fill and will not switch it back

I recieved rhe usual notce from straight talk say, "Your payment is being processed". Then I had to dial my re-activation code which is normal procedure. The next morning my phone would play a messege saying my phone had been de-activated during the night.

After 4 hours and several broken english people later I was told they could not give me my number back, when I asked for the supervisor she kept me on the phone for another hour and the told me that my old number would be restored in approximately one hour and to have a nice day.

6 hours later my phone still has a different number. My original number is listed as a contact number for my daughters heart transplant notification, it is my business cards, my trucks are lettered with it and all of my business contacts have my old number, it will cost me several hundred dollars in re lettering alone, but thousands in missed calls from my business accounts.

This company really screwed my over and could cost me my towing company.
