Straight Talk Phone cards are sold in most check cashing places. It's network provided by Prime telecommunications. This card is sold in increments of $10, $20, $25, and $50. Prepaid phone cards.
I purchased this card on a Wednesdays night to make a domestic call concerning a critical situation. I tried every connecting number, to no avail the card did not work. The 1-800 customer service number was busy all night long.
Thursday morning a spoke to a representative and she told me that she would put a work order in to their technican to correct the problem (switch).
All day Thursday,
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the customer service line rang busy.
Finally Monday morning I spoke to the same representive who said she put the order in. She began to talk to someone else while I was tlaking to her.
I was very frustated and thought that she wanted me to go away. She informed me that she has serveral comnplaints for connections ot Trinidad.
She stated in a rude manner that all she can tell me is to wait and call back and try and make the call in an hour, then she hung up.
I tried to get a name and address to make a complaint from the 1-800-362-6798 that was listed to become a distributor. When calling that number the representative told me she could not help me with a address to the company and that she would have to have the owner call me. I told her that I am trying to find out some information before I give her my information. She stated again that she 'can't help me and hung up on me. Now I am out the money that I have put out for this phone card and can not even write a letter to try and retieve my funds. Poor product, customer service, and business.
