From the moment I bought my straight talk phone I called in and asked to have my phone number from another provider transferred over to them. Well, first they waited a full 24 hours to call me back and let me know the account number I had provided for the other carrier was wrong. Then I gave them that information again and they waited another 24 hours before calling me back again to tell me the same thing. I know what my account number was! At this point I told them to forget transferring my number and just to give me a new number. Well they are so incompetent they couldn't handle that.in total it has now been four days and they still cant help me!
