Lies, lies and more lies ripoff

I sent my xbox in for repairs on 6/1/07. At that time when I called to set up a repair I was told it would take 5 business days. Then microsoft recieved my xbox on 6/12/07 at that time I was told it would be 7-10 business days. Then a couple days later I was told 2-4 weeks.

The very next day I was told 4-6 weeks.
I talked to a supervisor, Sidney, on 6/23/07 to try to get the tracking number and he then told me to call back within 48 hours and they would have the tracking number for me. So I called at the 24 hour mark to see if they had any information yet for me. At that time I was told that my xbox was being processed and that they didn't have a tracking number yet because ups hadn't scanned it yet.

So then I called today after waiting about 52 hours since I called and talked to Sidney. One of the supervisors I talked to, Daniel, told me that they still didn't have a tracking number.

After that I talked to his supervisor, Lionel, he scheduled a call back for 6/30/07. I then asked if there was anyone I could talk to that was above him and he said that I had reached the end of the chain. How is that possible? So now after all of this my issue still isn't resolved and I have to wait another 5 days until I can even attempt to get a straight answer out of them.
