This service is almost unusable. Just to registor and sign onto this sight alone has taken me more than 45 minutes.
Have contacted T Mobile about this problem many time and have and have been told that it is a capacity issue. I never knew so many people were on the web at 3 in the morning.
There is no resolve to this problem I have been told. When asking to be relieved of the contract that I got into for two years I was flatly told no due to the fact that I have used it even though it was mostly non workable. I was like wise told that if I wanted I could contact customer relations via snail mail but they too would not cancel the contract.
I have brought this on going problem up to the T Mobile store that I bought it from and they too pretty much said "oh well". Even worse, having them, T Mobile, knowing about these problems, continue to sell their POS web service to unsuspecting consumers. Eeverything that you will read about this on this site is true.
I have been a T mobile subscriber since 2009. Once this contract is over I am out of here.
