What seemed like a simple inexpensive way to look at possible Government Grant availablity turned into a possible scam to make money from consumers.
The extra charges are vagely disclosed, and unless you read into all the terms and conditions they will take advantage of you.
I have called customer service and have 3 cancellation codes for one simple supposed Free CD, paying only shipping and handeling. Hopefully I have cancelled in time and the one extra charge of 39.95 will be my only loss.
If I had not read other reports on your website I would have set this CD aside and possibly lost more money on a monthly basis. Of course the proof is in the pudding if I caught this in time to avoid further charges.
