On Nov. 10, I purchased a cell phone from Royal Cellular Co.in NJ for $100.00. I was never informed by the store that purchasing my own phone would place me in a contract agreement with T-Mobile. I was charged an activation fee by T-Mobile which clearly indicates that I was only biding with T-Mobile by a month to month agreement. I tried on numerous occasions to resolve this issue by phone but to no avail. To reiterate my conviction, I did not sign a two year contract agreement with T-Mobile and they are now charging me 244.82 for termination fee. They are also harassing me to turn my account over the collection agency.
