Billing for cancelled service

T-Mobile makes billions ripping off consumers through billing for services not provided.

They state customers may be billed through the end of their current billing cycle. The term may indicates that it is not a uniform policy and is subject to individual discretion.

I was a loyal customer for 5 years. Under what circumstances do they decide not to charge?

Billing for unused service is robbery, especially when customers, such as myself, have been
in long-term contracts, which have expired.

When is our country and government going to put an end to corporate greed? I wonder if T-Mobile would like this to be litigated in a class-action suit? It is time for big business to stop taking advantage of customers just because they can, and begin fair practice.
