I have been with sprint for a long time and here recently i have noticed that sprint is charging mobile to mobile minutes as daytime minutes because i am in a roaming? Night and weekend minutes are free while in roaming. I have a plan that roaming is free. I pay 5.00 a month for mobile to mobile. Also i have notice that although your billing date may say Mar. 13th to Apr 12th, they have been charging for days that are outside the billing period ie... I'll have minutes on there for Mar 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th. These extra days are causing overages in minutes and thus more money for them. They claim that those extra days were because since i was on roam the tower of the company didn't turn them over until after the cycle was complete so they added them to the next cycle... As i see it not my problem. Nowhere in the contract does it say that roaming charges may not be turned over in time and may be on your next bill. I have learned that the mobile to mobile minutes that are being charged as daytime/anytime minutes are understood. I brought up the fact that nowhere in the contract or term and conditions does it say that if you are mobile to mobile and in a roaming area that the call will be charged under anytime/daytime minutes. If there are any class action lawsuits let me know i will happy to join in.
