T MOBILE is billing me for an entire bill cycle even though i cancelled my services before my bill cycle was over. I also was under no contract term and had service with them for over 5 years but decided to switch due to poor customer service. I have called to tell them it is unfair to bill me and ask me to pay for services that i did not use. I am glad to pay for their service for the timeline that i used them. But they are refusing to do that insisting that is part of their company policy to bill for an entire bill cycle even if you cancel before your term is up. I think that is a ripoff and will like it investigated.
