Ordered their 6-month program which I was not impressed with, it also was less than I was promised for the 1st month. I contacted them and asked for a refund and cancellation of future debits. I received email apologizing for not receiving the complete program and would receive additional bonuses and would have my subscription cancelled.
I had asked for a refund in the required time frame of 60 days in which they guarenteed to refund. 3 months later-still getting debited my account $47 a month. Refunded last two months, not refunded my initial cost of $47.
I filed with the Better Business Bureau, they received no response from Judicial Sucess.
I initiated a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services of Florida and will follow up with a complaint through the Attorney General's office of Florida.
