I ordered his program and did it for the 6 months as directed on the sales letter. He does not disclose the amount of money involved in setting up the program. Also, he does not disclose that it is a very saturated field and competetive for business. Also, the fax blaster he mentions can get you into trouble with companies if you keep faxing blindly to them as suggested. I was very rudly told by companies to "STOP" faxing or they would report me. He does not return phone calls or answer emails. Communication is horrible! He states in his sales letter that you are "GUARANTEED" to make at least 1 placement within 30 days, if not he would refund your money no questions asked and very promptly "GUARANTEED". The deal was you had to follow the program and document for 6 months. Did all of that for 6 months not one placement.
Sent Dennis an email 2 wks prior to requesting a refund notifiying him that all documentation of implementing the program for the 6 months and the program would be shipped back to him in saleable condition, should he choose, signed receipt. And explained to him why the program did not work and to honor his guarantee. He did not respond??? I sent several emails and kept every documentation of phone calls to him and emails sent to him and when ever he responded??? I asked him when I could expect my refund. He emailed to me I should receive it within 10 days.
When I did not recieve the refund after 13 days I sent another email as to the status and let him know I was documenting his non responsiveness. He never replied. I just happen to call his number and he answered. I asked him about the refund status. He stated he never received the package. The package was sitting at his post office for at least 2 weeks. He never went and picked it up.
I called his post office and the postal clerk said companies will let a package sit at the postoffice in hopes that the post office will send it back to the sender and the company will say they never received it. The post office sent him 2 notices to come pick up his package and he never did. I saw he was using stalling tactics and had no intention to issue the refund or he would have issued it immediately as stated in his sales letter. PROMPTLY! I notified him that I filed a complaint with the BBB of Florida and the Attorney General Office of Florida.
The BBB contacted him with 2 letters to respond to the complaint against him and he never responded. To this day May 19 I have not recieved the refund promised. He stated on his last email before he placed a block that "he was going to issue a refund, but because I filed a complaint against him for not issuing a refund he is not going to give my refund back." How is this for honoring a guarantee!!!
So a complaint is on file with the BBB of Florida. We as consumers have a right to request a refund of moneys when a product or service does not live up to its claim. We as consumers have a right to file a complaint against a company if that company does not honor its return policy especially when they state it is GUARANTEED! Again, to this date June 15 I have not received the refund promised in the amount of $300.00. Larry Denis is not a man of his word as stated in his sales letter. And until I receive the refund promised this complaint will stay active.
