3/4 ordered download program. Account debited. Downloaded software and attempted to make it work. Tried for next few days. Contacted "Support". Followed instructions, could not get program to work properly.
3/7 Requested refund. Response was that I had installed it incorrectly. Reinstalled, still garbage. Requested refund again. "Support" told me to close my firewall. I informed them that was not an option and again requested a refund.
3/17 Sent follow up to Support and to alternate email address which turned out to be the same guy just a different address. He said he would take care of it if I would send the order information, which I did.
3/19 Had not heard anything and asked for status. Was asked for order information again, which I provided. Response was that I should have a "full refund on credit card within 5 business days."
3/24 Still no refund, inquired again. Got the "Will look into it." response, but no follow up.
3/26 Sent another inquiry with no response.
3/27 Sent a note asking if I was being ignored. Explained that I knew they were hoping I would just go away. Explained that I would not. Got a response that he was "checking to see if had been refunded."
